Lluís Nacenta curates the research cell transient senses and devises the research seminar included in this cell together with Alex Arteaga.

Lluís Nacenta is a professor, writer and curator in the fields of music and sound design. Degree in Mathematics and Music (piano), Master’s Degree in Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Philosophy and Doctor of Humanities, with a PhD thesis about musical repetition, his research proposes a philosophical perspective on the sonic arts. He was a professor and coordinator of the Master in Sound Art at Universitat de Barcelona and is currently professor in the Master in Research in Art and Design and the Design Degree at Eina, Centre Universitari de Disseny i Art de Barcelona. He has published numerous articles in digital and paper publications, such as Cultura/s de La Vanguardia and Nativa, has collaborated with Radio Web MACBA and coordinates, together with Jordi Oliveras, Ràdio Nativa. He has curated exhibitions and concerts for Sónar Festival, Arts Santa Mònica, Centre de Cultura Contemporància de Barcelona (CCCB) and Fundació Antoni Tàpies, among others.
